Urgent Requirement for Bahrain 

Please be informed that we have made a noteworthy change in the initially offered salary package for Sand Blaster’s that was 160 BHD+AT.

 

The revised salary package for eight hours duty / six days will be as mentioned below.

 

Basic	105 BHD
Food Allowance	35 BHD
Other Allowance	35 BHD
Accommodation	Provided
Transportation	Provided
Total	175 BHD

 

Also, there will be fixed three hour overtime everyday as the employees shift every day for twelve hours(Including one hour lunch break).

 

The overtime will  be paid as per the government rule, and the company will be taking care of the employees visa renewals, gratuity, leave salary, up & down tickets after completion of two years.

 

Considering the revised package we expect candidates who are proficient in tank blasting and who are experienced in confined space areas.(Shipyard experience)

Steps involved in the recruitment process:

 

1. We will shortlist the most eligible CVs (from the list which you shared)
2. You shall arrange an option for Online Interview with the shortlisted candidates.
3. Upon shortlisting the candidates based on their Interview Performance, they shall be asked to attend a trade test and their skill matrix will be evaluated.
4. Once the selection is completed, candidates will be provided with offer letters.
5. Upon the receipt of the signed offer letter back, candidates’ visa processing will be initiated and will update the developments on a regular basis.
